Content creator is anyone who develops and publishes content for websites, email communication, and social media.
- Headings are extremely important!
- Use headings to organize your content sections
- Respect the hierarchy

Links should have text that uniquely identifies the link target.
Images
Images should be purely decorative or include meaningful alt text. This also applies to social media!
Captions and Transcripts
- ABC - Always. Be. Captioning.
- Post your transcripts - they’re basically free content.
PDF
- Does it has to be a PDF?
- Train someone on PDF accessibility
- Pay someone to do PDF remediation
- Ensure their tool is accessible.
